The prescription implies reservation of a place, authorization to send the dates on which the Meeting will be held and information about it. In the case of being a minor, for the definitive registration the authorization of the parent / guardian will be necessary. This pre-registration does not constitute any commitment to participate in the Meeting. The data collected is stored under the confidentiality and legally established security measures and will not be transferred or shared with companies or entities outside of LC. Your personal data will only be guard for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they are being processed and with the relevant legal obligations. When they are not necessary, we will proceed to destroy them safely.
